"Deadly Doublemindedness"

Where would you say that the most dangerous place in the world to be is?  Before you read on, please take a few moments to give this some thought.  If you were to go out and take a survey, you would indeed get a wide variety of answers.  Some, without giving much thought at all would say that the most dangerous place to be would be in the housing projects because of all the violence found there.  Some would say that Los Angeles California because of all the violence found there.  Some would say New York City, again because of all the violence.  Some would quickly say to be working in some government building, because of the potential hate crimes.  Indeed, there would be a variety of answers and indeed each one is very dangerous, but there is but one place where the danger is so great and so sure that it could be classified as the most dangerous place in the world.  That place is in the womb of a woman who decides she doesn't want you.  All the before mentioned places are truly dangerous, but as weak as the judicial system is, it is against the law to take a life in all those places.  In the womb of a woman who decides she doesn't want you however, there are no laws protecting you.  She can just go to the doctor and tell him she wants him to take your life and the law won't even bat an eye.

Yesterday, I read a story in the paper about a head-on car crash that killed an unborn child.  That's the way the headlines read, "Head-on crash kills unborn child".  Now, that was a truly tragic accident and the mother later died, but the news media, when it seems beneficial to them refer to the same life as a fetus.  That term, supposedly makes it all right to murder that little baby.  When it is an accident, it is a child, but when it is pre-meditated murder, it's a fetus.  Had that woman's husband or someone else kicked her in the stomach and that child died, they would call it murder and prosecute them and they should to the fullest.  But, had that woman decided she just wasn't ready to become a mother, she could just kill it with no one saying a word.  Had that woman chosen to take drugs or some other form of abuse and brought that child into this world affected by that abuse, she would be prosecuted for child abuse and rightfully so, but she could just kill it and go on her way.

Now, this is indeed a double standard and doublemindedness and it's all in the name of "Pro-Choice".  There are these so-called "Pro-Choice" groups all over this country and the world screaming and yelling about their rights.  I heard a story on the news awhile back that almost turned my stomach.  For a long time in China, they have had forced (what they have chosen to call) abortions.  They do this in the name of population control.  The story I heard on the news said that they have started selling these so-called fetuses for human consumption.  What they are actually doing is eating people and they consider it a delicacy.  I don't know about you, but that is the most awful thing I have ever heard.  Cannibalism has been around for a very long time and it is indeed one of the lowest things man has ever stooped to, but that little child they choose to call a fetus never has a fighting chance.  As I said before, these so-called "Pro-Choicers" rant and rave about their rights to choose and they say they will fight to the end to see that women have that right to choose.  But, there are right now thirteen Chinese women out in California who escaped China to save the lives of their unborn children, who are facing de-portation back to China.  These so-called "Pro-Choice" people aren't saying a word, much less taking a stand for these women who have made their choice.  Are these so-called "Pro-Choice" people not doubleminded to the fullest.  I don't know what all these poor Chineese women will face if and when they are forced to go back to China, but it will not be pleasant and they will probably have to forfeit their own lives for their decision to choose life for their children.

In 1942 there was a Holocaust in which a man named Adolf Hitler chose to kill all the Jews.  There were gas chambers where they murdered between five and six million Jews.  This indeed was the worst thing this man ever chose to do and people cringe when they hear or think about it, but there is a Holocaust going on right now around the world where millions are being murdered and the only determining factor being whether a woman chooses to call that human being inside her a fetus or a child. 

I am so thankful that my Mother chose not to call me a fetus and with Mother's Day being less than two weeks away, I would like to say to all you wonderful women who have chosen to call your gift from God a child, "God bless you and I love you."  And to all those who choose or have chosen to call that very same gift from God a fetus, may God have mercy on you.  I still love you and God loves you too, but the choice of killing that child is murder and murder is sin.
